Hand Made Wedding Bands
At Simply Jewellery we pride ourselves on the excellent custom-made wedding/engagement ring service we provide.
We are very sensitive to our customers needs so will take whatever time is needed to provide you with all the information you need to bring your design into reality.
We will guide and advise you every step of the way from design, to what kind and colour of metal, to which stones, if any to use.
We will help you decide on anything from just a simple plain wedding band to an intricate design and will do everything to ensure you have an enjoyable experience with us.
If you require your rings to be engraved, we can also arrange this. All rings are hallmarked at the London Assay office to confirm your ring is made in the stated metal and meets authenticity.

Repairs
Simply Jewellery is well known for their excellent repair service. Our in-house Jeweller, has over 25 years experience in the trade. He carries out most of the repairs. All of our Craftsmen used have a minimum of 20 years experience. Your item will be assessed and you will be given an approximate deadline on how long your repair will take, along with a quote for the cost of the repair. As soon as the work is complete and your item is ready for collection you will be contacted by telephone.

You can also send your repair to us by post detailing full instructions for the repair along with your contact details. We suggest you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to send us your item. We will acknowledge receipt of your item and confirm the nature of the repair with you before and give you an approximate quote before any work is carried out. When the work is completek we will let you know and return your item to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Of course you can bring your repair to our shop in Muswell Hill, London.
Watch Repair Service
We also have a watch repair and overhaul service. We use a specialist Watchmaker who has over 20 years experience. All overhauls are guaranteed for six months. Here is just a selection of watches we can repair:

- Valuation Service
- Simply Jewellery is a member of The Guild of Valuers & Jewellers.
Valuations are produced using the GuildPro systems, which enable us to get up to date prices, so our valuations are as accurate as possible. The information is then uploaded to the GuildPro E- Register where details of your valuation will be held.
Only the police have a full search facility of this site to trace the owners of lost or stolen items that have been recovered. Your insurance company, with your permission, can view your jewellery valuation to help them set a competitive premium and quickly settle any claim.
