How to Order
The majority of payments are made through a well know merchant called Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards taken by Paypal. You do not need to have an account with to make payment.
We also take payment over the telephone by calling our sales line 0208 444 5737 or you can use order form by printing or emailing it to us with your payment details, or enclose a cheque (backed with your cheque guarantee card details on the reverse) made payable to “Simply Jewellery” and post this to:

Once we receive your order we will acknowledge receipt and payment. If paying by card your order will be despatched as normal. If paying by cheque your order will be despatched once your payment has cleared, which can take up to 5 days. We will keep you informed at all times.
All our prices include VAT.
Delivery
At Simply Jewellery we aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 days. If for some reason we are unable to delivery your item within this time we will contact you to let you know when your order will be dispatched.
If the item is not in stock we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know when we can deliver. If the delivery time is not satisfactory you can either choose another item or receive a full refund.
Simply Jewellery will send your item by Royal Mail Special delivery or Royal Mail International free of charge for items over £100. All items are insured. Items less than £50 will have a standard postage calculated and added to your payment.
We can delivery your item to the address that you give us. If you are sending a gift direct you can purchase a gift tag and personalise your own message and we will complete the gift tag and forward your gift to the address you request. You can request our gift service when order. Once your order the gift tag you will be asked for further information.
Returns
Simply Jewellery are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return your item to us with all the packaging within 7 days for a full refund minus the delivery charge. If the item is damaged or fauly upon receipt please notify us immediately in order to receive a replacement. Please complete the returns form and use the Return label you will receive. Please note, however, for hygienic reasons we are unable to exchange earrings unless they are faulty in which case you need to notify us immediately.

Packaging
Simply Jewellery will package your item in lovely presentation boxes, ideal to present as a gift.
Care is taken in the packaging to ensure your item arrives in good condition. If your item is in any way damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Terms & Conditions
- By submitting an order I declare that I am at least 18 years old or I have the full authorization of a parent or guardian.
- I understand that I am responsible for complying with my country’s importation laws and taxes and that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s own risk.
- Simply Jewellery ships to many destinations in the world via registered Airmail .
- I understand that Simply Jewellery products can only be dispatched pending payment in full, (including delivery charges), with credit card verification. Purchases made will be processed and only dispatched to the cardholders billing address and orders will only be processed with a daytime contactable telephone number and email address.
- Payment can be made securely through the Paypal using debit/credit cards. Residents of the United Kingdom may pay via Cheque (see shopping basket) .
- Simply Jewellery does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the selected items are not in stock, I will be advised by email and offered other options or I can have these items cancelled upon request.
- While Simply Jewellery aims to be precise in supplying items purchased, neither Simply Jewellery (the Vendor), any shipper, agency or other intermediary shall be held liable regarding any legal action resulting in discrepancy’s made from the purchase or complications following the use of items purchased.
- If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase Simply Jewellery offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases (except earrings and body jewellery see below) When items are returned any free gifts you have received must also be returned in order to receive your refund.
- All sales of earrings and body Jewellery are final due to hygienic reasons, and returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- If the item is defective
- If the item I receive is not what has been purchased I must contact Simply Jewellery via email within 48 hours after goods have been received to request a return, stating the reason for return. No credits are given, however Simply Jewellery will replace the item upon return.
- Due to continual updating of products Simply Jewellery reserve the right to change specifications and amend prices without prior notice. Simply Jewellery also reserves the right to cancel suspect purchases without notice.
- Any Internet Service Providers, Designers or Support Agencies connected with this Web Site are in no way responsible for the conduct of the Site’s owner or the Vendor of such goods and services as are herein advertised for sale. Nor can said Providers and Agencies enter into discussion with anyone concerning such goods and services, nor act as intermediary between Purchaser and Vendor.

Jewellery Care
Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, hence the 925 silver hallmark. Sometimes the copper content is replaced with other materials but on the whole copper is used. Copper is added to the silver because pure silver is to soft a metal to actually make into anything, the copper makes the silver workable enough to make something.
To ensure your silver is of the highest of quality always look for the 925 silver hallmark. Although it is not required to hallmark items less than 10grams in weight.
Take care of your jewellery and you will have years of pleasure.
It is always advisable to take your jewellery off at night and when showering, swimming and washing up. If you do wear your jewellery in the shower etc, it is best to gentle wipe it with a soft cloth. Remember to remove jewellery when doing any manual or domestic work, one for safety and two, you can cause a lot of damage to your jewellery especially stone set jewellery i.e diamonds and gemstones, as they can become loose and fall out or even shatter, if knocked.
You can clean your jewellery by soaking it in hot soapy water for a few minutes. We recommend you use a small amount of washing up liquid.
To clean stone set jewellery use an old toothbrush and gently brush behind the stones to remove any debris. This will help restore the sparkle of the stone by allowing more light to get through the stone. Always gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after it gets wet.
You may find your silver jewellery turns black. The is due to the acids in your skin reacting with the metal. Simply take a soft cloth and rub the surface of your jewellery until the blackness comes off and the shine is restored.
If your jewellery becomes tarnished, which it will over time, you can use a soft cloth or a special polishing cloth, which will restore the silver. However if after using a polishing cloth the jewellery is still not restored to its former beauty, it may need hand polishing. This process needs to be done by a professional polisher.
There may be other reasons why your jewellery looks tarnished and dull and this could be due to a form of plaiting that has worn off. This could be either rhodium, gold or silver plating. If this is the case, then the item needs to be re-plaited and you can bring this to us to re-plait the item for you.
Your jewellery may also have a certain kind of finish to it, i.e matt finish, hammered or dust finish. This finish will wear with time and will need to be restored by a professional.
Never think your jewellery is beyond repair, always get it checked by a professional before disregarding it.

2. How long will my order take?
Your order will be sent out within 3 days. If your order is going to take longer than this, due to unforeseen circumstances or stock availability, we will contact you by telephone or email to let you know when your order will be dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your requirements we will give you a refund.
3. Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason you can return the item to us in good condition with all the packaging or exchange minus any postage costs within 14 days.
We will not refund goods that have been damaged.
For hygienic reasons we cannot process refunds on earrings unless they are faulty. In which you case you need to notify us immediately upon receipt.

4. Privacy
We know your privacy is important and we can ensure you that the information collected will never be passed on, shared or rent to any third party. The information we collect will only be the details you enter when placing your order. We will only use your information for sending you information on any new products or special offers we might have and this will normally be sent by email. We may from time to time send you information by post, if we think it may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive any information from us, simply send us an email and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
We may also capture your IP address and this is used only for the purposes of analysis i.e where are customers are coming from and for research for our own business purposes.
Our online payments are made through Paypal, so we do not hold any credit card information. All the necessary checks are made by Paypal when verifying your purchase. When making your purchase your full credit card details are never shown. Paypal is very well known and a very secure way to make your payment.
